NetSupport School CCE 15.10.0003 delivers the following new and improved features to complement the extensive range of existing functionality:

Help requests

  • Students’ help requests to the Tutor can now be sorted in the time order they were raised, helping you to prioritise which student to help first.

Class timer

  • Set a class timer for your lesson and schedule specific actions at the end of the lesson. For example, at the end of the lesson, you can send a message to the students reminding them to save work. Or schedule the students' mice and keyboards to lock to stop them from using the devices when the lesson has finished.

Chat

  • When you view a student’s screen and select the Chat function, NetSupport School CCE now brings an existing Chat with that student into the Tutor’s foreground, ensuring it’s easily available.

Show

  • You can now ‘Show’ your screen to a single student, making it easier to provide one-to-one support.

Message

  • You can now send a message to a student directly from the View window ribbon.
