Student Help Request dialog

Write your help request message and send it to a Tutor machine.

Note: You can also raise a help request from the Student Toolbar.

To request help

  1. Enter your name (this will only be displayed if you are not connected to a Tutor).

  2. Enter your help message.

  3. Click OK. NetSupport School will send your help message to the connected Tutor or the next Tutor machine to connect to your machine.

Note: You can also cancel the last help request sent from this machine by selecting Cancel Previous Request.
