Starting the NetSupport School Tutor

To start the NetSupport School Tutor, select the NetSupport School Tutor app on your device.

Select the New Room icon to create a room, edit the default room name and select Start Room.

Notes:

  • You must ensure that the same room name is set at the Student to be able to connect.

  • Multiple classes can be created. The required class can then be loaded at the start of the lesson and you can quickly connect to Student devices.

Enter the Tutor name and, if required, the lesson details. To configure the settings for the Tutor or change the connectivity method to use the NetSupport Connectivity Server, select the Settings icon. This can be done later if required. Select Enter Room.

The NetSupport School Tutor will then browse the network for the specified Students.

All connected Students will have their icons displayed in the NetSupport School Tutor interface.

A list of connected Students with an overview of the Student information can be displayed by clicking the Info icon on the toolbar.

Note: You can refresh and reconnect to Students by dragging down the screen.
