File Transfer - File menu

Provides access to the File Transfer and manipulation functions. The options are also available by right-clicking in any of the columns in the List view Displays the currently connected Students or groups. You can switch the display mode between large icons and details view from the View tab in the ribbon..

The individual sub menus and available functions are:

Copy: Copies the selected files to the chosen destination.

Delete: Deletes the selected file.

Rename: Renames the selected file.

Open: If an association exists, opens the currently selected file.

Edit: Enables you to edit the content of a selected file. Ideal for editing batch files/TXT files in notepad.

Properties: Sets the file attributes for the selected file.

Close: Closes the File Transfer window.
