File Transfer - View menu

The drop-down View menu is used to customise how the window and contents will be displayed. The options are also available by right-clicking in any of the columns in the List view Displays the currently connected Students or groups. You can switch the display mode between large icons and details view from the View tab in the ribbon..

The individual sub menus and available functions are:

Toolbar: Hides or displays the toolbar.

Status bar Displayed at the bottom of the Tutor Console. It shows the current class you are in, the number of currently connected Students and the number of Students in the selected group. You can select which Students to perform actions to from here and how Students are displayed in the List view.: Hides or displays the Status bar.

Details: Displays or hides file details in the File List view.

List: The List view will display the file names only.

Arrange Icons: Sets the sort options for the File list views.

Select: Selects all files and/or directories in the current List view.

Settings: Configures the overall settings for File Transfer.
