The Help Request window
Displays help requests that have been raised by Students. You can choose to start a chat with the Student or immediately switch to the View window.
Help Requests window
The help request message will be stored until you select it and click Clear.
Note: You can clear all help requests by clicking Clear All.
The window displays the following information:
Name
The name of the Student machine.
Help Message
The message sent by the Student.
Received message
Displays the time the message was received. You can sort the order of the help requests by this time.
Description
The description saved in the Student properties dialog at the Tutor Console.
