Client Properties - Help requested
Displays the request from a Student for help. These requests can be sent if you are not connected to the Student and are displayed as soon as a connection is made.

Requested by
The name of the person requesting the help, not necessarily the Student's name.
Help Request
The actual help message that the user at the Student machine sent.
Clear
When you are connected to the Student, you can clear the request for help when you have assisted the user.
