Using audio announce
This feature sends the audio announcement to all the selected Students' headphones or speakers. They will be able to hear the Tutor but will not be able to speak back.
To make an announcement

Select the Class tab in the ribbon and click Announce.

The Announce dialog appears. Include or exclude Students from the announcement and click Announce.

A dialog appears, indicating that you can now announce. Click OK when you have finished speaking.
